TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERALI may decline your commission if I'm not confident in taking your request, or for any other reasons. The final artwork will be digital.Prices are subject to change based on demand.If a commission option is crossed out, it is unavailable for request or 'closed'.

REFUNDSIf approval of the sketch has been given - or lineart has already been placed, only partial refunds can be made depending on the amount of progress done.

PAYMENT

  • An invoice will be sent via Paypal.

  • Payment will be paid within 48 hours of approval.

  • Artist will not begin work until it is paid.

  • Maximum of 2 characters for any given commission type.

REVISIONS

  • Revisions can be requested during the initial sketch/thumbnailing stage, and at the final output.

  • Minor revisions can only be requested at the end. These include things like: missing a mole or scar; colour of accessory; general colour correction.

DELIVERY

  • Expect the commissions to be finished within 3 months.

  • Rush orders can be negotiated.

  • Deliverables will be given through E-mail with the files attached.

USEAGE

  • The artist reserves the right to the final artwork, and may use it for promotional usage and displays.

  • This commission is for Personal Use only. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner/header, and upload it online in social media or spaces like Toyhouse. You are allowed to print your commissioned piece for personal use.

  • You may claim the character as your own, but not the artwork.

  • Using this commission for Commercial purposes is prohibited. (ex. Selling the artwork as merch, business branding, or for profit)

  • You may use the artwork to promote yourself, but please give me credit (@plusmayhem) where it is visible.

  • If you choose to use the artwork on a monetized video, such as on YouTube, the artwork must not be used as the main subject for the earnings.

  • You may not use this commission for any NFT/Blockchain/Image Generation AI Projects.

This commission type will be done through a separate form in the link above, and is not FCFS (First-Come-First-Serve).These options are PWYW (Pay-What-You-Want) with a minimum price offer of $50 USD for sketches, and $80 for compilations. The higher the price offered, the final output may either include more drawings or be more refined.

Examples are of recent artwork. The final outcome of sketches may differ from the examples.Please note that these are skeb-like commissions, meaning the artist will NOT be doing revisions or check-ins. However, small corrections may be requested at the end in the case of minor errors or missing features.
